Do you need to hire a new resource? Here are some of our activities:

• Recruitment: We identify and attract suitable human resources through recruitment days organized in collaboration with the Regione FVG and local employment agencies.
• Training: We train new hires by activating and organizing technical courses with industry professionals, often funded by dedicated measures. These activities foster interaction between future workers and companies through various initiatives, such as company visits and dedicated meetings.
• Hands-On Experience: Companies are actively involved in the training process, providing future technicians with practical sessions on-site.
