Projects Created by Companies, for Companies: The True Power of Sharing
A business aggregation is an informal group of companies that decide to share a common project to address a need shared by all group members.
COMET listens daily to the needs of companies, and many industrial players in our region often share similar projects, challenges, and needs. For this reason, we propose projects involving multiple companies to grow the entire industrial fabric, streamlining efforts and maximizing their impact on the territory.
Business aggregations harness the strength of unity and sharing among multiple companies, maximizing results.

Project
THINK BIG
Launched: 2023
Objective: Strengthen domestic and international commercial activities for eight local companies.
These companies share the common goal of expanding into new sectors and markets by leveraging shared contacts and the complementarity of their commercial offerings.
- Three temporary managers were engaged to develop a shared commercial offering, reactivate dormant contacts, and generate new leads.
- These managers represented the group at industry fairs and explored emerging market opportunities.
- The companies jointly hosted a 90 sqm booth at the 2024 MECSPE Fair, utilizing the group’s strength to achieve greater visibility and expand their network.
Project
ARCHITETTURA MODULARE
Launched: 2018
Objective: Implement modular architecture principles in production processes.
This project involved five local companies in a shared training program to apply modular architecture principles to their specific production processes.
- Participants attended inter-company group meetings led by an expert trainer, focusing on product optimization.
- This was followed by practical activities in each company for module design, supported by one-on-one consultancy.
- By the end of the program, the companies had not only learned and applied modular architecture principles but also exchanged technical experiences with other businesses.
PLASTIC WORLD
Launched: 2024
Objective: Foster collaboration among companies specializing in mold construction and plastic/rubber molding.
This project brings together potential competitors to tackle industry challenges collectively.
- The group focuses on strategic topics such as internal staff training, collaboration with schools, staff retention strategies, and managerial consultancy pathways.
- Companies share skills and resources to better address industrial challenges and foster shared growth across the territory.
The ultimate aim is to overcome the size limitations of the local entrepreneurial fabric and achieve collective growth in the industrial sector.
